(More customer reviews)I purchased this scanner (with headset) about 1 month ago and I'm thoroughly pleased with the scanner itself; I haven't used the headset as yet as it is quite large and heavy. I've had no problem at all with the reception or clarity and the volume is good as well. I love the portability of this unit; I only wish the batteries lasted a bit longer, but...oh well. I use the rechargeable batteries and they last about 12-15 hours of constant use. Maybe that is acceptable for rechargeables, I've never used them before now. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced, portable scanner.
