(More customer reviews)I have a 1999 honda accord and did not wast to replace my factory radio knowing that in Philly people steal fancy radios and I don't want the headache.
I have an ipod video that I used along with my cassette adapter in my older honda that had a cassette player. Although my older cars sound system was better this ipod integration truly sounds better. It even sounds better to me than the built in cd player. I noticed that some people complained about lack of control with other brand ipod adapters and I guess some won't be happy with this either, however to me being able to skip songs from my radio is an awesome upgrade to using a cassette adapter.
I was going to pay a pro shop $50 to install it but saved money and installed it myself!! left the unit behind the radio even though instructions said not to. I didn't drill any holes and despite never doing something like this before I did it without any help.
Update 4/13/2010:
I've learned that it charges and controls the touch. I've also had moments when it wouldnot skip tracks from the radio controls. Dice cust serv rep told me to press the disc changer buttons in order six thru one and its back to normal.
