(More customer reviews)I have this speaker installed in the engine compartment of my jeep. It isn't loud enough to be heard while driving but is loud enough at a stop. One problem I keep having is that when I go through water, the splashing causes the speaker to fill with water and not work (it faces downward). Fortunately it does not damage it and I just have to tilt it to get the water out but it is frustrating. I am looking for a better place to mount it so that doesn't happen but the jeep engine compartment isnt all that big. Presently I have it mounted to the air box. Good speaker for the money, but looking back I wish I would have spent more on a higher end model.
