(More customer reviews)These radios are great but I didn't want to constantly be buying batteries. Use them in the neighborhood to keep track of my almost teenage son. Just don't leave the radio in an article of clothing (in my case, his coat) and wash it. The batteries will have to be replaced if you do. You will find it's cheaper to buy this than just the batteries.
