Its not huge, but its not small though, and it was a little to big to fit anywhere under my hood (im putting it on my 92 jeep cherokee) And it is very loud! even without an amplifier! The only bad thing i have about this product is that the "manual" that came with it, it had alot of spelling mistakes, and the bracket that hold it is a little cheap. Over all great product, I would deffinatly recomend
