(More customer reviews)This is a good external speaker. It has a deeper, more pleasant tone than my Cobra CB internal speaker. And it produces more than enough clear, undistorted sound. At 70 mph on the Interstate with the Jeep top off I set the CB volume at approximately 1/2 and hear quite well. With the top on and windows closed I set the volume at about 1/4. It comes with plenty of wire and a good plug, so there is no need to purchase any extra speaker wire. Only minor problem was it arrived with no mounting hardware. Don't care: the speaker was good enough that I used my own.
