(More customer reviews)Amazon must have sorted out the shipping packaging since the last reviewers commented. I received my antenna in a large box with plenty of padding. The antenna wasn't bent. However, the dimensions of the antenna are wrong... It's much longer than 21 inches, and so I wasn't able to install the antenna on the roof of my truck. Hence I'm giving it 4 stars, rather than 5. I've installed it on my pickup, but at the front of the truck.
